Joy Bomb” is an explosion of vibrant energy and positivity, happiness, transformation, and connection with nature. Featuring a playful fox basking in the glow of a radiant sunflower—a universal symbol of optimism and warmth—and surrounded by fluttering monarch butterflies, representing transformation and hope, this piece is a celebration of life’s beauty. The dynamic background of bold stripes and colourful dots reflects the joyful chaos of embracing each moment fully.

This painting was originally created as a design concept for a public art installation led by The Department of Illumination in Prince Edward County. Comprised of multiple picnic tables that are hand painted by local artists. Angela Jane Lavender painted one of these tables in Benson Park!
