Commissions

Commissioned artwork requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once the client is satisfied with the artwork, the remaining 50% is due for payment and arrangements for shipping, pick-up and/or delivery can be made. 

Loss & Damage

Angela Jane Lavender is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by independent shipping companies. All items being shipped will include a tracking number that will be provided to the customer to accurately track their package, excluding item shipped by letter mail. Including but not limited to Limited Edition Prints, Hand Embellished Prints, Smaller Items and Print Club Subscriptions

Original artwork by Angela Jane Lavender is one-of-a-kind and beginning April 24th 2026 will include a Certificate of Authenticity validating the piece. These artworks are non-refundable and all rights are reserved to the aforementioned artist. Reproduction of the artwork is not permitted. 

Any damages incurred on original artwork by Angela Jane Lavender can be repaired on a case by case basis. If you require the artist to repair one of her artworks that you have collected, please contact the artist directly to assess the damage and coordinate any possibly repairs, updates and fees. 

Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it to ensure that you received the correct order and to assess any possible damages. 

General

Angela Jane Lavender has never had to issue a return or refund and any future issues will be handled on a case by case basis. In some instances, store credit or discounts may  be offered. To qualify for a return your item must be in the same condition in which you received it; without damages and with the original receipt for proof of purchase.
