“Aspire” is part of the Less Meat series, combining hope, ambition, and a call to action for a more compassionate and sustainable world. This mixed-media artwork features a luminous figure gazing upward with determination, as fish—symbols of resilience, abundance, and transformation—swim gracefully around her.

While the fish evoke a sense of beauty and hope, they also serve as a reminder of the challenges marine life faces, including overfishing, pollution, and habitat destruction. The scattered luminous dots connect the figure to the world around her, symbolising the interconnectedness of dreams, actions, and their consequences.

“Aspire” inspires viewers to reflect on how their choices impact ecosystems and invites them to align their aspirations with actions that support a kinder and healthier planet.
